ABOUT SIMON Simon Young is no stranger to the airwaves starting his career on the 70’s pirate station The Big D. From such humble beginnings Simon made his way to the top presenting radio and TV shows on 2FM and Network 2 television. During this time he presented radio programmes from as far away as LA, Barbados, New York, London and Paris. As well as his radio and T.V work, Simon has also published two books, acted on stage and appeared in Ballykissangel. He has produced numerous TV and radio commercials and jingle packages and holds a degree in marketing. Simon has two children Holly and Nathan who he describes as “fantastic kids”. Simon, along with his co- host Nessy, presents Sunday Fun every Sunday from 11am. |
